SECURITY & TRUST

Your workspace. Your business data.

Learn about Callvero’s workspace access checks, encrypted credentials and provider-specific privacy controls.

Callvero uses server-side controls to protect customer workspaces. The public marketing website does not retrieve customer records, provider credentials or private workspace settings.

Access follows the business.

Private pages require sign-in. Requests for customer records are checked against the operator’s ownership or the user’s assigned business membership on the server. Signing in alone does not grant access to another business.

Provider credentials stay on the server.

Saved integration credentials are encrypted with account- or business-specific context. They are used by server-side integrations and are not returned to the browser after saving. Connections have separate settings for each business.

Calls and updates are checked.

Provider callback routes verify supported signatures before processing updates. Phone activation and reassignment include provider readback checks. Service changes are recorded in the business activity history.

Recording and messages are configurable.

Call recording, provider retention settings and caller disclosure are reviewed during setup. SMS consent and opt-out controls are part of the messaging flow. Provider configuration, registration and testing are required before activation.

What this overview does not claim.

Callvero does not claim SOC 2 certification, HIPAA compliance or that every workflow satisfies every legal obligation. The product is being evaluated through pilots; real-call acceptance testing is required for each rollout.
