Draft — requires attorney review. This page describes the intended arrangement and current implementation. It is not an attorney-approved agreement. Last updated September 17, 2026.
These draft terms describe the public website and evaluation process. An agreed customer contract must identify the legal parties and confirm service scope, billing, cancellation, data handling and jurisdiction before paid activation.
Website and evaluation
Product previews use illustrative data. Submitting a demo or pilot request does not create an appointment, subscription or guarantee of acceptance. No payment is taken by the request form.
Service setup and responsibilities
Businesses must provide accurate services, hours, service areas, calendar access and escalation instructions. They are responsible for appropriate permissions, caller disclosures and messaging consent. Service activation depends on provider connections and successful testing.
AI limitations and human review
AI can misunderstand or produce incorrect answers. The business should maintain a human handoff path, review outcomes and use the service only within its agreed scope. Callvero is not an emergency dispatch or life-safety service.
Prices and usage
Published pricing separates the monthly subscription, one-time launch and implementation, and additional usage. The final agreement must specify allowances, additional-minute rates, messaging costs, billing period and any implementation work. Revenue estimates are not guarantees, and recorded won revenue is not verification of payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful calls or messages, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized data access or attempts to bypass access and spending controls. Keep account access and provider credentials secure.
Suspension and cancellation
Service may be paused under the agreed contract, including for nonpayment or misuse. Provider rental and already-started activity may continue to incur costs during a pause. Cancellation, refund, number ownership and data-export terms must be agreed before subscribing.
Third-party services
Connected providers have their own availability, terms and fees. Callvero cannot promise uninterrupted service or unsupported integrations. Liability allocation, warranties, dispute resolution and final governing-law provisions remain subject to a reviewed customer agreement.
