Draft — requires attorney review. This page describes the intended arrangement and current implementation. It is not an attorney-approved agreement. Last updated September 17, 2026.
This is an overview of provider roles, not a finalized contractual subprocessor schedule. Ask for the full named provider list and data-processing terms for your pilot before sharing live customer data. Which providers receive business data depends on the connections you activate. Locations, contracting entities, data-processing terms and retention commitments must be confirmed before onboarding.
Website infrastructure
- Hosting and sign-in: website deployment and supported authentication infrastructure.
- Application infrastructure: website execution and database storage.
Optional business connections
- Calling and voice: AI call processing and configured voice services.
- Phone and messaging: phone and SMS delivery when directly connected.
- Scheduling: availability checks and appointment booking.
- CRM: selected contact exports to a connected CRM.
- Billing: subscription payments and membership status.
- Email delivery: notifications when configured.
These providers can use additional subprocessors under their own terms. Depending on the account arrangement, some may be providers contracted directly by your business rather than subprocessors engaged by Callvero.
Questions about your setup?
Ask for the provider list for your proposed pilot. Do not assume every optional connection is active.
